Each session weaves mindful movement with Chinese Medicine theory — the kind of practical, liveable wisdom that helps you understand your body, not just work it. We'll explore how the seasons affect your energy, how what you eat and how you move can support your constitution, and how small daily practices can make a real difference over time.
Whether you're brand new to Chinese Medicine or already curious about it, you're welcome here. No experience needed — just an open mind.
