ACUPUNCTURE & HERBAL MEDICINE

Care as individual as you are.

Every treatment at Perennial Health is tailored to your unique constitution — your history, your patterns, your goals. No protocols. No rushing. Just thoughtful, present, whole-person care.

PRIMARY AREAS OF FOCUS

Emotional & nervous system support

Anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, mood disorders, panic, burnout, and addiction — a deep specialization.

Women’s health & hormones

Cycles, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and every stage of reproductive health.

General practice

Chronic conditions, pain, digestive health, energy, sleep, and more — Chinese Medicine has a remarkably broad reach.

WHAT A SESSION INCLUDES

Three modalities. One integrated treatment.

Depending on your presentation and needs, I draw from acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine — often in combination — to create a treatment that addresses both your immediate symptoms and the underlying patterns driving them.

Modality 01

Acupuncture

Fine needles placed at specific points along the body's meridian pathways to restore the free flow of qi — the vital energy that governs how we feel, function, and heal. I'm working with your constitution, your current state, and what your body is telling me in real time. No two sessions are the same, because you're not the same person at every visit.

Foundation of every session

Modality 02

Moxibustion

I incorporate moxibustion into most of my treatments — it's one of my favorite tools in Chinese Medicine. It involves gently burning dried mugwort over specific acupuncture points, creating a warming sensation that helps move stagnation and support the free flow of qi through the body. Most patients find it deeply relaxing.

Integrated as appropriate

Modality 03

Herbal medicine

Chinese herbal medicine has a pharmacopeia of hundreds of plants, each with distinct properties. I prescribe patient-specific formulas designed to address both the root cause of what you're experiencing and the symptoms that need relief in the short term. Herbs can be a useful tool that extends the work of your acupuncture treatment between sessions. I'll recommend them when I think they'll make a meaningful difference.

Prescribed where appropriate

THE SPACE

A room designed for stillness.

The treatment room is designed to support the experience of care — every detail has been considered to help you arrive, settle, and fully receive your treatment.

  • Natural light & architectural detail throughout

PRICING & ACCESSIBILITY

I don't accept insurance — and I want to be upfront about why. I see one patient at a time, which means I can't run the volume that insurance billing requires. That model would change the kind of care I'm able to give, and I'm not willing to compromise on that.

What I do offer: HSA funds are accepted, I keep a small number of sliding scale spots open each month, and you can purchase a bundle of five sessions at a 15% discount after your first visit. If pricing feels like a barrier, reach out — I'd rather find a way to make it work than have cost stand in the way of care.

Payment

Cash, card, check & HSA

All major payment methods accepted, including HSA funds — making it easy to use pre-tax dollars toward your care.

Referrals

$20 off for every referral

When someone you refer completes their first appointment, you receive $20 off your next visit. Word of mouth is the highest compliment.

Sliding scale

Limited slots available

A number of sliding scale appointments are reserved each month for those in need. Cost should never stand in the way of care.

Bundle & save

15% off a bundle of 5

After your initial appointment, purchase your next five follow-up sessions as a bundle and receive 15% off the total.
